How to Order
The order information in this catalog will, in most cases, be sufficient for you to select a particular Sonoma Scientific product. In those instances where additional information is required, a telephone call to your local Sonoma Scientific Sales Representative will provide you with price, availability and delivery information. When placing your order, please include model number, product names and all shipping instructions. For example: Model CX8M1; Coaxial Circulator, Sonoma terms are F.O.B. origin, NET 30 days
Shipping Information
All sales are considered F.O.B. origin (Minden) unless otherwise specified. Any damage incurred during shipment should be settled between the customer and the carrier. Shipments from the point of origin will normally be made by UPS, Federal Express or airfreight. Sonoma Scientific will choose the most appropriate means of transportation unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Change Orders and Cancellations
Change orders regarding price, delivery or any conditions not specified on the original order will be considered in effect after mutual agreement has been affirmed in writing or telegraphically between the customer and Sonoma Scientific. Cancellation of any accepted order can be made only after written consent of Sonoma Scientific. All cancellations will be contingent upon customer’s agreement to satisfy all costs incurred by Sonoma Scientific and its proportionate profit on all work completed. We will endeavor to stop work promptly upon notification of cancellation.

Warranty
Sonoma Scientific controls each step in the design and manufacturing of all its products. Because maximum emphasis is placed on performance and reliability, all Sonoma Scientific products carry the following warranty: Each product manufactured by Sonoma Scientific is warranteed to meet all published specifications and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The Company’s liability is limited to repair, adjustment or replacement at Sonoma Scientific. Damage by misuse, abnormal conditions of use or evidence of partial or complete disassembly voids this warranty.
